Whistler's is a neighborhood destination for ultra-premium French custard, served in a bright, welcoming little shop on Maple Avenue.

Opened in 2026, Whistler's began as a pop-up in a familiar Village Green storefront. Owner David Galinsky brought a long-held love of exceptional ice cream to Vienna, with a richer French custard recipe that uses egg yolk.
The result is the kind of scoop you slow down for, whether you are trying a new flavor, building a sundae, or bringing a pint home.
